HOW WE DO IT?
We provide a service which allows you to receive high quality life coaching & emotional support at a price that won't leave your bank account on E.
We leverage the attentiveness of Live 1-on-1 sessions reinforced by the efficiency of technology to provide a service that is sustainable for the coach and highly effective for the client - YOU. The Live 1-on-1 sessions are designed for the client to make real time reflections, set goals, and assess progress while the convenient text access to a coach enhances support, motivation and progress in-between sessions.
You will receive high quality services through an affordable entry-level monthly membership or upgraded support packages that can be easily broken down into affordable weekly payments. (see plans below)
*This service is not sufficient for those requiring therapy. If you are unsure what you need, contact me and I'll help you figure it out.
HOW do WE CONNECT?
Live 1-on-1 Session
(Video/Phone/In-Person)
You have the option of requesting a live session by phone, video, or in-person based on your chosen plan.
Unlimited
Text Messaging
You can send the coach unlimited text messages throughout the month. Coach will reply at least once a day (M-F).
Pre-Session
Check In
You will receive a prompt 1-2 days before each live session to share any updates, progress and points of focus for the upcoming session.
